Shipping & Delivery Policy
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours if placed before 1:00 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct information when placing the orders. Your order will not be able to leave the warehouse if any of the information that you provided is incorrect. Please make sure to check your shipping address and phone number twice before completing your order. If you place an order after 1:00 PM EST and select overnight shipping, keep in mind that your order will not leave until the next business day. Same thing goes for Friday orders, if you place an order Friday evening after 1:00 PM EST your order will not leave until next business day ( Monday since weekends do not count as shipping days ) We never ship during weekends or holidays. If you place an order during the weekend, your order will count as if was placed next business day since we do not process orders on the weekends. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped with UPS, USPS or DHL depending on the shipping option you choose during check out. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALES AND HIGH SEASON ARE EXPECTED. THIS HAPPENS DUE TO THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF ORDERS RECEIVED. ALWAYS PLAN YOUR ORDERS AHEAD OF TIME.
BACKORDER ITEMS ARE LISTED WITH APPROX DATES. THIS MEANS THAT THE DATE WE LIST IS AN APPROXIMATE DATE NOT AN EXACT ONE. SEA AND AIR CARGO CAN EXPERIENCE DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. THE APPROX DATE, IS THE DATE THAT IT CAN POSSIBLY ARRIVE TO THE WAREHOUSE NOT TO YOU. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT PAYING FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING WITH BACKORDER ITEMS SINCE WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT DAY EXACTLY IT WILL ARRIVE TO THE WAREHOUSE. US CUSTOMS HAS ENFORCED NEW REGULATIONS AFTER THE PANDEMIC AND SOMETIMES THEY CAN CAUSE DELAYS.
Expedited shipping: The method of shipping you pay for will apply after the order leaves the warehouse not when the order is placed. Orders have processing times. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We might be able to ship sooner sometimes if we do not have a lot of orders, however this doesn't mean that it will always happen. Always keep in mind processing times.
SECURE DELIVERY LOCATION
The security of your parcel cannot be guaranteed after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to securely receive shipments. If your parcels are delivered to your location and you are unable to receive the parcel face to face or in a secured mailbox or locker Miss Cire nor the shipping carriers will be held liable. We strongly encourage you to ensure your parcels are received securely. We do not offer refunds on lost packages. If your package gets lost or stolen and you added Shipping protection insurance, Route will place a replacement order for the exact same item. If you choose not to add Shipping insurance, unfortunately we will not be able to replace the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International duty fees are not included on orders. Duty fees need to be paid by customer. Please check with Customs department of your country.
CANCELED ORDERS
Any order placed in error and canceled before fulfillment will be charged a fee of 15% of order value. This is a partial pass-through fee to cover the costs Miss Cire Wax is charged by our merchant provider as well as to cover our internal processing costs. This includes canceled orders for any reason whatsoever, including changing the credit card provided. Once an order has a tracking number and it left the warehouse we will not be able to cancel it.

We do no ship to P.O. BOX addresses and/or APO or FPO addresses.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping applies ONLY for the US continental territory. It doesn’t include Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any US island. Free shipping will generally take longer than standard shipping. There may be delays with the carrier. Miss Cire Cosmetics, Corp. will not be responsible for these delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Miss Cire Cosmetics, will update your tracking number via email, all orders come with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take a few hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Miss Cire Cosmetics, does not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Miss Cire Cosmetics.
Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
PRODUCTS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED
We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but we will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery on time. In the rare event that this happens, Miss Cire Cosmetics neither the shipping carrier can be held liable for stolen packages from your front door. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe shipping address. We will do everything we can do assist with the delivery of your products. However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.
Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and are successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation.
Miss Cire Cosmetics, is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a carrier's matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. Please file a claim with the carrier by visiting their respective websites. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange, please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address.
SECURE DELIVERY LOCATION IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. It is the customer's responsibility to securely receive shipments.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, global carriers such us UPS and USPS are experiencing longer than expected shipping delays. Please rest assured, Miss Cire will ship your package in a timely manner with the carrier selected at checkout. However, Miss Cire cannot guarantee the performance of any carrier and cannot accept responsibility for any carrier delays, packages delivered to incorrect addresses, lost or damaged. We strongly recommend that you add Route Shipping Protection to your order. If you choose NOT to add Route Shipping Protection to your order please understand that Miss Cire WILL NOT be able to file a claim with any shipping carrier on your behalf if your package is delivered to an incorrect address or if it gets lost, stolen or damaged. By adding Route Shipping protection to your order you are protecting the cost of the items within your order. PLEASE NOTE: IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU DECIDE NOT TO ADD ROUTE INSURANCE TO YOUR ORDER, MISS CIRE WILL NO BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF WITH ANY SHIPPING CARRIER IF YOUR PACKAGE GET LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
BROKEN, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS INSIDE MY BOX
We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but we will do our best to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise that are out of our control. In the event that you receive your box and you realize that there are broken or damaged items inside your box, you MUST place all the items back in the box in the same conditions as they arrived and call us immediately to request a Return Label. Damaged merchandise is needed for inventory control, we ask you to not throw away the merchandise. It will be needed for the exchange process. We will not be able to make any exchanges if you throw away the damaged product. If you received the wrong product or you have missing items on your order you have 14 days to make any claims in regards to the missing, incorrect or damaged items inside of your box. if you contact us after the 14 days, unfortunately we will not be able to do anything at that point. It is the customer's responsibility to check the order upon delivery and notify us immediately about any probelms.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE IF ANY OF THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE LOST OR MISSING.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
We're here to help! All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers for further assistance. We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
In some cases, carriers will mark a package as “Delivered” when it is still "Out For Delivery" that day. We recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.
Rejected packages and packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address will be returned to the warehouse. If your package gets returned due to any of the reasons we mentioned above the customer will have to be responsible for the re shipping charges. When choosing a delivery address it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the package can be safely delivered and that they will be someone there to receive the package.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Miss Cire Cosmetics is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and 100 % safe and secure for online payment processing. We work diligently to protect the safety and security of our customers and our assets.
All orders are at our discretion to be checked for fraudulent activity on varying levels of research. If we are unable to verify your payment through the information you have provided, we will communicate what is needed for us to move forward with the order process. Additional information, including but not limited to, a photo ID, passport and/or payment details may be requested.
